Refund & Exchange Policy – Billion Cases
At Billion Cases, we take great care in packaging and delivering every order. Each product is carefully checked before dispatch, but in rare cases, if something goes wrong, we’ve got you covered.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchange only in the following cases:
- Wrong product/model delivered (mismatch)
- Product received in broken or damaged condition due to our end
✅ Conditions for Exchange:
- Exchange request must be raised within 3 days of delivery (email: support@billioncases.co.in)
- Product must be in intact condition (unused, unboxed as delivered)
- Protective film/seal must not be removed
- Original Order ID & Invoice should be available
- Exchange will be processed only after the returned product passes our quality check
💰 Refund Policy
Currently, we do not offer direct refunds. In case of eligible issues (mismatch, broken, damaged item), we will arrange for a replacement/exchange of the product.
🚨 Damaged Products
If your order arrives in a damaged condition, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing us at support@billioncases.co.in along with unboxing pictures/videos as proof.
❌ Not Eligible for Exchange/Refund
- Wrong model/product ordered by customer
- Product purchased from local stores or other websites
- Requests raised after the 3-day window
- Used, unsealed, or tampered products
